file uploads and visitor counter fix

I found out file uploads were glitched because of an issue with the database but that should be fixed now and I increased the size for guestbook file uploads to up to 15mb even. Visitor counter was also broken lol it was counting locally only and not updating for everyone, so not it should be working too (I say hopefully since I literally don't know how to test these features w/o uploading them and letting people try but BELIEVEE)

visits counter, GIF file support

added a new visit counter below my discord name to count how many visits my page has gotten and in the guestbook section I added support for GIF file uploads on top of jpeg/png formats which should hopefully show up and work now!

opened my site to the public!

Finally have some working prototype done now ! (I think I havent even tried the gimmicks/guestbook features yet LMAO but guys go test it so I know if it works)
